Ratings and reviews

No searchbar. To search the event you must click on All Events. To pay online is usually impossible since There's a technical error and SMS with security code arrived. The real mess about the simplest things as searching and buying a ticket.

The app requires a complete overhaul. It becomes unstable during peak usage times, making it unreliable. Token purchases are too restrictive—there’s no way to share them freely outside of a specific event. Additionally, once you save a payment card, there’s no option to remove it, which raises privacy and security concerns.

The app was completely inaccessible. I couldn’t reset my password — it showed an error even though the account existed. Login via Google or Facebook didn’t work either. It crashed entirely during the Guns N' Roses concert, where it was supposed to be used for payments. We were told to use cash instead. Every event that relies on this app for payments is likely to face serious issues. I’ve never had a positive experience with it.
