Ratings and reviews

The app requires a complete overhaul. It becomes unstable during peak usage times, making it unreliable. Token purchases are too restrictive—there’s no way to share them freely outside of a specific event. Additionally, once you save a payment card, there’s no option to remove it, which raises privacy and security concerns.

No searchbar. To search the event you must click on All Events. To pay online is usually impossible since There's a technical error and SMS with security code arrived. The real mess about the simplest things as searching and buying a ticket.

The hands down worst experience with a needless app I have ever seen. Delayed us 35 mins at getting in the gate at a concert because their systems were down, cashless system constantly failed inside and won't let you add your tickets and can't buy tokens with out it, then they make you buy a card to put tokens on because their app doesn't work. Seriously would not consider any events run by this company - if they want cashless then any credit or debit card works fine for that.
