When I try using the in-app barcode to pay for items, it tries to charge the debit card I use for reloading instead of my account balance. If I wanted to use my debit card, I would use my actual debit card instead of wasting my time opening the app. But even that doesn't work right most of the time since it'll say "insufficient funds" even when I have enough money on both. Also this app likes to randomly log me out of my account for no apparent reason. Absolutely terrible.

Been using this account fine for over a year. Shows a balance of $20.90 but when I try to pay it shows I have an insufficient amount to pay for products I selected. I waited a few days and tried again and it still wont work. No reason I can tell and I even loaded more money and it showed in my transactions that I added more but it still isnt working. 7/20/21 the issue resolved and its working again.

the usual have to login every single time I open the app. Now it wont reload the app card stating invalid amount of funds. After a panic call to the bank. I still have money in the bank and cant add any funds to this card due to in app errors. Edit 11/21 used with second card til now. Never had to confirm with my bank about this app funding but now both catds say "do not honor" when tried to reload. Bank isnt the issue, they have no stop gsps for this app. If i could rate zero stars i would.
