Ouchuang Smart Device Configuration is a near-field configuration tool for Ouchuang smart IoT devices. Installers, maintenance engineers, and field technicians can directly connect to devices via Bluetooth (BLE) using their mobile phones to complete device identification, parameter distribution, function debugging, and troubleshooting without external network access or platform account dependencies.
This application does not assume the responsibility of remote monitoring or cloud control; it provides a local, low-latency, offline device maintenance channel: turning your mobile phone into a portable debugging terminal.
【Supported Devices】
• LoRa Communication Gateway CG52LD
Supports gateway basic information reading, LoRaWAN network parameter configuration, uplink and downlink channel settings, heartbeat and reporting cycle settings, RF transmit power and frequency adjustment, device access whitelist management, gateway template application, and batch distribution.
• LoRa Air Conditioner Actuator DA22LD
Supports operating mode switching, target temperature setting, fan speed adjustment, linkage and timing strategy configuration, operating parameter readback, single control command distribution, and status confirmation.
• Other OUC Smart BLE Devices
The list of supported models will continue to grow with firmware updates. Please refer to the in-app device list for the actual supported models.
【Core Functions】
1. Device Discovery and Identification
Scans surrounding BLE broadcasts, displays them sorted by signal strength, and shows the device model, MAC address, firmware version, and online status to avoid confusion between multiple devices on-site.
2. Connection and Identity Verification
After establishing a BLE connection, device verification is required before parameters can be written to prevent misconnections and unauthorized configurations.
3. Parameter Configuration and Template Distribution
Configurable items are presented in a form-based manner, with built-in parameter verification and valid range prompts. Two confirmations are required before writing; a configuration can be saved as a template for reuse on the same model of device.
4. Status Readback and Link Diagnosis
Real-time reading of device operating status, displaying indicators such as signal strength (RSSI), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), reporting success rate, and the time of the last communication, helping to determine the on-site link quality and the rationality of the installation location.
5. Firmware Upgrade
Firmware packages are delivered via the BLE channel, displaying upgrade progress and verification results. Upgrades can be retried if they fail, reducing return maintenance costs.
6. Batch Configuration
The same set of parameters is continuously executed on devices of the same model, reducing repetitive data entry and suitable for large-scale deployment scenarios.
7. Diagnostic Log Export
The connection process, command interactions, and return results are exported as log files, facilitating troubleshooting for R&D and after-sales teams.
8. Offline Availability
Device discovery, connection, parameter configuration, and status replay do not rely on the internet, making it suitable for basements, server rooms, and construction sites with weak network conditions.
【Typical Use Cases】
• New Installation and Debugging: After powering on the device, network access and parameter settings are completed on-site, instantly verifying communication functionality.
• Inspection and Maintenance: Operating status and link indicators are read for each device to quickly identify signal attenuation or configuration drift.
• Troubleshooting: Combining logs and link diagnostic results, the problem can be identified as originating from the device side, network side, or installation location.
• Batch Deployment: Configurations are copied using templates to ensure parameter consistency across batches of devices. 【Permissions Description】
• Bluetooth Permissions: Used to scan and connect to the device to be configured. Android 12 and above use Bluetooth scanning and connection permissions; Android 11 and below require location permissions to complete BLE scanning due to system limitations. This application does not collect, upload, or retain any geolocation information.
• Storage Permission (Optional): Only used to export diagnostic logs to the local device.
• Network Permission (Optional): Only used to check firmware version and submit diagnostic logs. Disabling this permission does not affect local configuration functions.
【Privacy Statement】
This application does not contain any advertising SDKs or third-party behavior tracking components. Device parameters, connection records, and diagnostic logs are stored locally by default and will not be uploaded to third-party servers; no personally identifiable information is collected except for data necessary for device configuration. Please refer to the privacy policy listed in the application and on the store page for complete terms.
【Target Audience】
This application is intended for trained installation, maintenance, and technical support personnel. It is a professional tool application, not a home product control terminal for ordinary consumers.
