Ratings and reviews

I cannot login because of an error with "your IP address country ... is not allowed". It's not ok to restrict IP addresses based on countries because people might travel with roaming. It requires a phone number in the new app. Before it worked with an email which was better especially when needed to use the account on two phones. I used the bleeper bikes for the last 8 years, and I am very disappointed with the new changes.

the bike is great but ending a ride won't work it will say you're outside the parking spot despite being inside, until then I can't give a good review because this isn't acceptable no matter how great the rest of the app is

I had to move this bike as it was parked beside my motorcycle 🏍 unfortunately. Otherwise it was very easy to find the app and use it to help me get my motorcycle out of the rack.
