1st time buy, after 3 days waiting my order got cancelled said the stock is empty. 2nd time buy, i got non functional product, i do return product with all tiring process and repack, then the courier never come to pickup, when i check my return request disappear. calling the customer service but im in a queue of 255. what the fk!

I have never used this e-commerce since I created my account several years ago, but this year is about to change. This e-commerce is becoming my favorite app to seek goods thanks to its returning customer program that gives me special promotions notified via email.

I recieved a kettel with an Australian plug! Why do I need an Australian Plug in Indonesia? nothing in the desciption mentioned it so I tried to return it and the return was rejected by blibli. so it seems to me that Blibli protects scammers over shoppers. There's already an app for interacting with scammers and cheaters in Indonesia and it's called tokopedia. i thought blibli would be better, but it's just more of the same. uninstall.
