1. What is eaxies mobile

E-axies mobile is the special edition of www.eaxies.gr for smartphones, tablets. It is the latest member of the family of B-logica object values ​​programs (B-maps, www.eaxies.gr, eaxies web services). It uses the same database of coefficients and maps of fair value with the above programs, thus inheriting a high degree of reliability. It uses Google maps to find the property and, if required, confirms its position with Blogica's fair value maps.
With a simple wizard asks the user the characteristics of his property, either to determine the correct fair value ratios, to calculate the ENFIA principal tax, or to determine JZ arbitrarily. . Eaxies mobile applies to all Greece and all types of properties (buildings, plots, parcels, special buildings).

4. Is it free to use?

Eaxies mobile is available in three different formats depending on the services offered:
  • Free
  • Charge of € 0.99 per calculation
  • Subscription.

FREE: eaxies mobile gives the user the Circular Zone Price (TZ) as well as the Commerce Coefficient (TS) of this Zone for all real estate within Greece. For Parcels it gives the Initial Basic Value (ABA) while for non-objective buildings and special buildings the Starting Prices are given.

Charge € 0.99 per calculation: The calculation relates to either a) the calculation of the ENFIA's main tax: b) the fair value factors, or c) the arbitrary penalty for calculating a fine.

a) Coefficients: Zone Prices (Circular, Linear Limit), Details, Land Rates, Land Rates, Special Key Value (EBA), Special Key Distance from Sea (EBA Thal.), Property Price and for all of Greece. The special cases of SAO Land Use Factors (d) are not supported at present.
b) Arbitrage JZ: Zone Price for the calculation of Arbitrage Fines.
c) ENFIA : Supported by ENFIA's main tax calculation for:

Acquiring a subscription to the online application www.eaxies.gr, the use of the full version of eaxies mobile is provided free of charge, with no limit of computation.
