- open a direct request, the procedure that allows you to avoid paying upfront for healthcare services, by entering the necessary information and documents. Once the request is authorized, Blue Assistance will handle the payment directly with the selected provider;
- check the progress of your requests in real time and, if any documentation is missing, complete it directly online.
To use the Blue Assistance app features, enter your username and password, the same ones used for your Reserved Area. Now, thanks to biometrics, future access will be even faster.
