It's not offered for Android 10. The playstore message is "This app is not available for your device because it was made for an older version of android". It is available on Android 12 but not on 10. I understand that Google changed their policy and it's not your fault, but you can fix it by offering a version compatible with Android 10. I'm giving 3 stars to be fair as it is not your fault that google blocked it.

Excellent! Easy to use, connected phone to Yamaha MD-BT01 in three clicks, and served MIDI from browser to my guitar pedals! Just wish TouchOSC would recognize midi hardware on Android... Maybe this app could host an IP to send TouchOSC data to?

Used to be a godsend, it was the only thing that would connect my Akai Lpk25 wireless k/board to my phone or tablet, but as of a month or so ago nothing, doesn't even detect it when scanned. Gutted as I only bought the k/board to use with my android synth apps. Was there a recent update that may have screwed it up?

Hello. Akai LPK 25 wireless lays in front of me and connects perfectly with this same app.
