The latest 1.9.4 update broke the parcel collection booking. Cannot submit even after filling in name, tracking no and date. I suppose this is done to stop people booking multiple slot for package that is not ready for collection. I propose to allow everyone only 1 booking slot at a time so that other people have chances. Also penalize people who don't cancel their booking when they are not using it, maybe make it so that they are unable to book for a slot for a week.

What's the point of inserting all information about your tracking, ic and name if it can't even be used or referred to when going to MPC? Still need to write down on paper of our tracking/ic/name for our parcels and talk to the people over counter. Just remove those feature, waste of time. Might as well make it exclusively just for the booking dates no need other info. Should be as easy as scan, wait & pickup n go. Not all this.

After update cannot see any slot. I think this new apps got PROBLEM. Before i update, i can see LOTS of slot (for renew ic). Then AFTER UPDATE, NO slot even one. Its mention "full/no slot". I think better do something. I ask my collage, also same things "no slot" at all even until end of year or next year...PLEASE DO SOMETHING
