Recently, I updated the app as there was a new update. Since updating, it will not let you use your fingerprint to gain access. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that does not seem to work. It was more convenient when I could use the fingerprint option. Now, I have to always sign in every single time. I do not like the new update! Please fix ASAP.

I have removed and reinstalled app several times. As soon as I log on, it shows my account for split second, then crashes. Says app has a bug and wait until it's fixed and try again. I've been waiting 3 weeks! Somebody fix it PLEASE!!! Very frustrating 😕

I have used this app for years with little or no issues. Since the last bug fix, whenever I go to "details" in my home equity loan, the app crashes. It works on my laptop, so I know it's the app. Other than that very happy with this easy-to-use app.
