First issue, after I close the app, if I don't actually clear it from my list of running applications about 1 minute after I leave the app it pops back up on the screen until I officially close the program. 2... Please for the love of God add biometric login. Thanks.
Huge waste of time Was never able to use this app. Difficult to create account. Difficult to log on. After all that when all everything is to its liking always get "service unavailable" right after log on.
Looking for a new bank. BOK tech is run by grandpas I have had four different high end smartphones and I've literally deposited hundreds of checks with this app. But NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAS THIS "IMPROVED" APP TAKEN THE PICTURE AUTOMATICALLY! f I wait for the app to give up trying to take a picture, I can take a perfect blur free photo everytime. It's just irritating that I have to wait for the 'improved app' to try to take a picture which it fails to do every single time.
Just doesn't work. The mobile website works fine, but if I try to log into the app, I get a generic "service unavailable" message which has persisted for more than a month.
Please fix the app from opening itself every time your session times out. Also, a fingerprint login would be a nice feature.
Displays wrong currency !! After logging into the aap the balance is shown in sterling POUNDS instead of US DOLLARS !! PLEASE FIX IT
