Would give zero stars if I could. The app has been a mess since the update. I have to re input my login information everytime I try to use the app because it will not save the info and biometrics will not work. And any apps I have connections with through Plaid or other third party connections will not stay connected or work at all. I called customer service and was told "sorry but theres nothing we can do." We've been with BOK for over 15 years, but seriously considering switching at this point

Login process is awful if you travel. On top of it having no biometric or passcode options, you can only login with 2FA through you phone number. If you're traveling and using a separate sim, you will have no access to your banking information. Using your email or an app isn't an option. It seems like opening a new account elsewhere would have been a good idea.

I really like this app and I had no complaints until the last update back in 2021. I can no longer use the fingerprint login. Can this be fixed? I just updated again hoping it would be fixed, but I still have the same problem. Other than that, this app works wonderfully really. I like being able to check my account as needed on the go. Very convenient especially when I'm out of town. I actually prefer quickly checking on my phone then going on the PC.
