Wonderful experience with this app. It's very simple to use. The UX/UI is great. The packaging of the books received was fantastic, with decent delivery timeline. The condition of the books is clearly written, with the specific parameters defined. The option for video of the packaging is indeed very unique. A little drawback, is that they don't put the cover page images of some books. Overall, fantastic experience.

I have been a customer of Bookchor for more than 5 years now. Over the past two months also, I had purchased 10 books from them. They offer an excellent bargain as far as the price is concerned. And the quality of books is so good that it looks as if they are brand new. The packing is also excellent. They give constant updates from the moment we pay money till we receive them. Additionally, they offer book marks also which is commendable. Please keep up the good work. Would give a 5 star rating!

I used to like ordering from bookchor but my recent experience has been terrible.. the books are in poor condition with cellophane tapes all along, also the selections are limited, there is no way to get in touch with customer care, the number is invalid, no response on WhatsApp the contact us on app is unresponsive.. uff the list is long
