I recently bought 3 books from this app. overall experience was great for me. Books are in good condition. Only one thing is that they have really low range of genres of books. I wish they would add more new released and also most loved books. A lot of books are showing out of stock for months which I am looking forward to buy. I hope they increase their collection. They also send you videos before order which I really loved as feature since it gives me comfort that books are in good condition.

I ordered 3 used books. 2 books were okay. 1 book was in a very poor condition. They shared the video before dispatch but that didn't provide a clear view of the condition. After receiving, I saw that the book was over-used. The cover had tears and marks of being overused. They don't have a return option in the app so I reached the WhatsApp number for customer service and they said "kindly keep the book for this time and for the next time we will check this before dispatching". Very disappointed

Very very delayed deliveries The app is good the books are OK but they take 10-15 days just to deliver your books that too if you make online payment in advance if you select cod they take much longer. Customer care doesn't respond at all. And new books are way much costlier than amazon, deals on old books is good
