Ratings and reviews

It's pretty good on the generated notes side. The transcription is pretty bad especially for speakers with an accent other than native English speaker, which is most of the stem world. It also picks up EVERY but of background noise. Again it's not bad for what I use it but they definitely need to train the transcript on non-native English speakers (which I doubt their languages other than English are good at all based on that). I do think it's cheaper than a lot of other options at 70/a year.

Hedy is SO useful. If you are having any type of conversation where you want to remember details, Hedy is there to capture it like your very own personal assistant. You can even have it listen to videos and lectures and take notes for you. I've used it on YouTube videos and interesting social media advertisements & videos to capture ideas. That doesn't even cover what you can do after you've finished capturing (use AI to help with more insights). I think everyone will find value in this app.

I have changed my review from one star to five, as the management at Hedy reached out and went out of their way to solve the problem. The app now works very well and I can now recommend it. thanks again for the great support and updates
