About this app

The SmartFieldWorker application is a utility community-application available to licensed android users. The app allows users to view and access tasks that are assigned to them for their attention. Users can then provide feedback on the tasks that have been completed (via the SmartFieldWorker Mobile Application)

Why Use the SmartFieldWorker Communication APP:
- Easy access to tasks assigned to resources.
- Real-time feedback shared with relevant stakeholders once tasks are
completed.
- Users can share media files for descriptive/illustrative purposes i.e. photos.
- The app helps to reduce clutter as tasks are user specific for better
information management.
- The app makes it easier for future referencing to be made and allows for the
standardization of feedback shared with Backend users.

What’s new

* Adjustments have been made to the “Completed” tab on both the Assign and Verify pages.
* The filter setting has been updated to display complaints from the past 30 days, instead of the previous 7-day range
