About this app

Cooperado is the app for rural producers affiliated with a milk cooperative. It shows you, on your cell phone, what you can currently only see through the cooperative: how much milk you delivered, how much you will receive, and where your invoices are located.

IMPORTANT: This app is for producers linked to a partner cooperative. Access is via your CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number) or CNPJ (Brazilian company taxpayer registration number), and your cooperative registers you. If your cooperative doesn't already use Cooperado, contact them—it's not possible to create an account on your own.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Production — track daily deliveries, by shift, with liters and tank temperature. No need to wait until the end of the month to see how it went.

• Payment statement — see the month's liters, the price paid per liter, discounts, and net value. Download the PDF document whenever you need it.

• Invoices — the invoices issued to you by the cooperative, month by month, with the document to download and save.

• Income statement — the annual statement for your income tax return, showing the total received and the invoice for each month.

• Expenses — what was deducted at the cooperative store, with details of each item.

AURORA, THE ASSISTANT

Aurora answers your questions in simple language. Ask "how much will I receive this month?" or "how many liters did I deliver yesterday?" and she will answer with your numbers.

You can write or speak. Those who have difficulty reading can also ask her to read the answer aloud by touching the speaker.

The recording of your voice is only used to convert it to text and is then discarded. It is not stored and no one listens to it afterwards.

INVOICE ISSUANCE

Cooperative producers who have contracted the fiscal module can issue invoices directly from their cell phones, with their customer and product registrations. Where the feature is not contracted, the screen explains how to contract it.

MADE FOR THE FIELD

Large fonts, simple screens, and few taps. The app works on modest cell phones and was designed for those who are on the farm, with fluctuating signal.

YOUR DATA

Your production records and your notes belong to your relationship with the cooperative — the app shows you what is already yours. We do not sell data, there are no ads, and there are no advertising trackers.

You can request the deletion of your account at any time, free of charge, directly in the app, in Privacy.
