HOW IT WORKS
1. Photograph the problem and confirm the location on the map, at an exact point or on a stretch of street.

2. Choose the category and, if you want, describe what you saw.

3. Track the status of your report and see when other people confirm the same problem.

WHAT YOU CAN REPORT
Pothole, damaged sidewalk, street lighting, flooding, water leak, accumulated garbage, illegal dumping, fallen tree, tree trimming, abandoned vehicle, noise pollution, and dangerous infrastructure.

COMMUNITY
• Before submitting, check if the problem has already been reported nearby. This way the map doesn't get cluttered with duplicates.

• Comment on reports and add friends.

POINTS AND LEVELS
Each report and each confirmation is worth points. Level up, from Observer to Legend, and compete in the ranking with other residents.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
You decide who can tag you and see your data. You can report inappropriate content and block users. The account can be deleted through the app itself at any time.
