AI Pharma — Patient connects you to the pharmacist at your trusted pharmacy for continuous and personalized health monitoring.

KEY FEATURES

- Medication reminders: register your medications and times and receive notifications so you never forget a dose.

- Blood pressure and glucose monitoring: track your measurements with a complete history and classification of values. You can even register by voice command.

- Connection with your pharmacist: generate your connection code in the app and present it at your pharmacy. From then on, your health data is available for the pharmacist to monitor your treatment, identify drug interactions, and guide you.

- Pharmacy identity: the app displays the name and team of the partner pharmacy that cares for you, and you can add a shortcut to it on your phone's home screen.

- Appointments and exams: organize your health appointments with reminders.

- PDF reports: export your history to take to your doctor.

HOW THE PHARMACY CONNECTION WORKS

Ask your pharmacy pharmacist for pharmacotherapeutic monitoring with AI Pharma Guard. In the app, generate your connection code and present it at the pharmacy. The pharmacist registers the code in the system and begins monitoring your adherence to treatment and your measurements, always in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and with your consent.
