Staff is a personal assistant with artificial intelligence created to help you organize your routine in one place.

Use text or voice to create appointments, tasks, reminders, and automations. Check your schedule for the day, track pending items, and keep important information organized with a simple and straightforward experience.

SCHEDULE AND ORGANIZATION

View appointments by day, week, or month. Create events with time, duration, location, notes, priority, category, recurrence, and reminders.

Staff also helps identify scheduling conflicts and track upcoming appointments.

TASKS AND REMINDERS

Create personal or professional tasks, set deadlines and priorities, check pending items, and track what is overdue.

AUTOMATIONS

Set up daily summaries, morning planning, overdue task alerts, next day's appointments, and weekly reviews.

VOICE COMMANDS

Tap the microphone and speak to Staff in Brazilian Portuguese. The request is converted to text and processed by the application.

The microphone is only used when you initiate the voice feature. Staff does not keep the microphone continuously open and does not store raw audio.

Depending on the device and Android settings, voice recognition may be processed locally or by the voice service configured on the device.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

Account data is protected by authentication and access controls. The user can consult the Privacy Policy and request the deletion of the account and associated data.

Deletion can be done directly in the application settings or through the public account deletion page.

Staff does not sell personal data.
