About this app

eCondominio is an application designed and developed with the aim of assisting Condominium managers in monitoring and following up on installed equipment. With it, it is possible to follow online/in real time the performance of the equipment installed in the condominium.

The initial module that we are launching allows the monitoring of water pumps. With it, it is possible to know if they are working correctly and also receive alerts in case there are problems.
Find out in advance if a water pump has stopped working, and take immediate action to prevent a water shortage. Receive alerts if a pump stays on longer than necessary and prevent wasting water, avoiding high bills.

Soon, we will have new modules available, such as: Water Control, Elevator Control, Gate and Gate Control, and much more! The possibilities with IOT are endless!
