AcelerAção is a project developed by OAB-RO, through the Procedural Speed Commission and the Special Commission for Planning, Management, Governance, Strategy and Projects, whose main objective is to assist the legal profession in boosting the process, at the same time as mapping procedural delays in courts with jurisdiction in the State of Rondônia.
In search of answers, the Procedural Speed Commission observed, based on Justice indicators in numbers published by the National Council of Justice – CNJ, in the 2021 edition, that the processing time of processes in all segments of Justice are a bottleneck that hinders the judicial provision in Brazil.
The initiative aims to understand the processes that are, unjustifiably, proceeding slowly, or even at a standstill.
Furthermore, the consolidation and spreadsheeting of the data collected by the project will allow the construction of a database, with the formation of statistics and a Ranking of Morosity in the State of Rondônia.
