Medical Certificate Submission
Employees can submit medical certificates from anywhere, with the option to attach images. The request is sent to the Human Resources department, which verifies its validity and approves it, making the approval status available to the user.

Vacation Request
Employees can easily request vacations via the app. Requests are automatically sent to the manager and the human resources department for approval, while the status remains available to the requester.

Time Tracking
Easy time tracking, done digitally from anywhere, with geolocation functionality to record remote work. Includes a justification field for manual and out-of-hours entries, allowing the human resources department to analyze non-standard cases. Furthermore, work schedule data is automatically synchronized with the company's ERP and linked to payroll.

Configurable Work Schedule
Allows the creation and modification of work schedules for companies with different employee shifts. Schedules are configured in an integrated manner with the company's ERP, automating and customizing human resources management and employee payment processes.

Management of Hours Worked
Employees can manage their schedules, checking the number of hours worked within the period, the number of hours missing, and overtime worked, facilitating individual work management.

Time Sheet
Provides the employee with a complete time sheet for verification purposes, also offering the option to download data from desired periods, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Labor.

Notifications and Alerts
Sends notifications and alerts to enable communication between the company's human resources department and employees.

Access and Control for Managers
Web-accessible control panel for use by managers and the Human Resources department. The manager screen offers tools to coordinate operations, handle requests, send notifications, and generate reports. The panel displays a dashboard with information on pending items, hours worked, employee information, time group management, job titles, company calendar, and technical reports. It also allows data export, in accordance with Ministry of Labor regulations 671 and 1510.
