About this app

H2O Field Service is the field app of the H2O Field Services platform, used by building maintenance, industrial maintenance and facilities companies to run their technical teams from end to end.

Technicians open the app and see their day: assigned tickets, today's tasks, what is overdue and what awaits approval. They do the work, record the evidence and close it out — on a phone or tablet, with or without signal.

WORKS OFFLINE
Basements, machine rooms, construction sites with no coverage: the app keeps working. Everything the technician records is stored on the device and uploads by itself when the connection returns — no rework, no lost photos.

CHECKLISTS WITH EVIDENCE
Checklists configured by your company, with the answer types the job requires: yes/no, compliant/non-compliant, score, measurement with tolerance range, multiple choice, required photo and free text. Every item accepts a photo taken on the spot, a comment and a signature.

TECHNICAL REPORTS
Inspection of electrical panels, UPS units, lightning protection systems and thermography, with the full routine in the field: criticality, non-conformities, technical guidance and photos per item. The report is ready when the visit ends, branded with your company's identity.

ASSETS WITH QR CODE
Scan the label, open the asset: data sheet, location, components, maintenance history and readings. New assets can be registered in the field and labels printed on the spot with a compatible thermal printer.

SITE DIARY
Daily log with crew present, equipment, activities, incidents, weather and photos — signed in the field, no paper.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Job safety analysis, work permits, PPE delivery, training and safety inspections, signed by participants on the device.

GATEHOUSE
Entry control with badge and QR code, visitor and escort registration, and a record of who is on site.
