About this app

GRPRO is the mobile application for the Axion system. In a single app, the user accesses the modules contracted by their company—currently HR/Electronic Timekeeping and Diagnostics—on native screens, without an embedded browser.

Using the app requires an active Axion account. Access is granted using the company code and the user's own credentials. When two-factor authentication is enabled, the verification code is sent via email or WhatsApp. It is possible to maintain more than one account or company on the same device and switch between them.

Each user only sees the modules and functions enabled by their profile and the company's contract.

HR MODULE / ELECTRONIC TIME CLOCK
• Time clock registration by location (with radius defined by the company), QR Code reading, or IP authorization for remote work
• Daily clockings on the home screen
• Time book with monthly history, balance, and time bank
• Timesheets for consultation and signature within the application
• Documents provided by the company, to open or download
• Notices and notifications sent by HR
• Ombudsman: opening and monitoring of requests, with anonymous submission option
• For managers: team, employee clockings, absence justification, manual time clock registration, sending notices, and handling ombudsman requests

DIAGNOSTIC MODULE
• Schedule of planned visits, with client data and address and route in the device's map application
• Check-in with location registration
• Questionnaire organized by themes, with photo, comment, and "not applicable" option per question
• Closing with observations, check-out, and signature
• Result with overall score and by theme
• Application history Data sent and PDF report
• Data sent to Axion by the user themselves, when there is a connection

OFFLINE OPERATION
The Diagnostic module works without a connection: work data is downloaded before the visit and remains on the device, answers and photos are saved locally as they are filled in, and the data is sent later, when the user chooses.

• Light or dark theme according to the system configuration

PERMISSIONS
Location, for time tracking and visit check-in. Camera, for reading QR Codes and photos from applications. Notifications, for alerts and reminders. Storage, to open and save documents.
