Bahiagás Virtual is the official Bahiagás app, completely redesigned and modernized. In this new version, the app was rebuilt from scratch, providing a faster, smoother, and safer experience. The visual interface has been completely redesigned with a modern and intuitive layout, ensuring greater convenience for customers in their daily lives.

Main features of the Bahiagás Virtual app:

- Recover your password using your registered email address
- Access all contracts linked to the same CPF/CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), with a single login
- Download the Membership Agreement and Debt Settlement Statement (if there are no debts from previous years)
- View and download copies of the last 12 invoices, both paid and outstanding
- View and copy the barcode of invoices directly on your device
- Send messages to Bahiagás through the Contact feature, with support for attachments (images and PDFs)
- Quick access to other service channels: Customer Service, Emergency, Ombudsman, Online Chat and In-person Service — by tapping the icon, the app automatically makes the call
- In the Registration Data feature, the customer can change: email linked to the contract, area code and phone number, preference for digital invoice, due date, access password and consent to receive commercial communications
- Email confirmation after any changes to registration data ensuring greater security
