What is the procedure for foreign tourists to acquire a mobility card?

Tem meses que o app não quer logar. Já desinstalei e reinstalei diversas vezes. Há meses que não consigo abastecer meu cartão e utilizar a integração no transporte público do DF. Sigo com o mesmo problema reportado há majs de 2 meses. Já realizei os procedimentos solicitados.

Que aplicativo horrível! Como alguém desenvolve algo tão ruim? Primeiro que pra entrar é nada prático, vc sempre tem que inserir o email e a senha. E outra, eu tenho dinheiro na conta mas continua aparecendo "saldo insuficiente". Sendo que na conta aparece o dinheiro. Tive que pagar com o crédito, gerando mais uma dívida pra mim, pq o dinheiro que está na conta não aparece no cartão ainda, horrivel!! Por favor, melhorem. O povo brasileiro em sua maioria é trabalhador, precisa pegar ônibus.
