About this app

IMPORTANT: To use the APP, the condominium must have the BrFORT access control software.

The BrFORT application is a solution aimed at condominiums that seek to optimize security, communication and internal processes.

The tool is integrated with the condominium's access control system.

You can receive various alerts and messages:

- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.

- Your remote control battery is low.

- A package has arrived for you.

- Plate rotation alert (SP)

- Messages from the landlord, janitor and doorman.


It is also possible to carry out queries and registrations.

- Input and output query. Ex: Know what time your child got home from school.

- Visitor and visit reports

- Internal incident reports

- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)

- Reservations of common areas (barbecue, party room, etc.)
