The Prepaid Register was developed by the Brazilian Mobile Operators to comply with Law 10,703 / 2003 and Art. 58 of Resolution 477/2007 of Anatel that determine the Operators to maintain the updated registration of their mobile customers in the modality prepaid from the activation of your chip.
