The CalCEB application is an economic classification calculator based on the Brazilian Economic Classification Criteria of ABEP (Brazilian Association of Research Companies), updated for 2024. It allows researchers to classify socioeconomic strata into classes A, B1, B2, C1, C2, D-E with precision and agility.
CalCEB presents in detail the results of the economic classification in terms of comfort items, public services, educational level of the reference person and estimated average household income for the strata.
