Calcularte is a pricing and management system that, although it was born specifically to cater to artisans, today it caters to any professional who produces and sells their own products. With Calcularte you automatically price your products and manage your business, all in one place. If you work with any type of craft production, such as confectionery, soap, stationery, sewing, biscuit, cardboard, embroidery or any other, Calcularte is the ideal management tool for you.
Calcularte is available both for mobile devices, either here through the application or your cell phone's browser, and for computers, with all the features available in any of these formats.
Calcularte is offered in two versions:
1. Entrepreneur Plan (premium):
It offers everything you need to organize and run your craft business:
- Product Pricing: Calculate the selling price of your products quickly and easily, considering everything necessary: Raw material used, average expenses, labor, taxes, fees and commissions and profit margin.
- Product Catalog: Register your products and generate a PDF catalog with name, photo, description and sale price and share with your customers directly through the application or even through the website opened in the mobile browser.
- Stock Control: Control your stock, both Materials (which can be registered with a photo) and Ready Parts and Packaging. Log in these items as you purchase them, and let the system automatically log out when you mark your orders as shipped.
- Budget Generation: Create professional budgets for your customers in PDF format and share them directly through the application or even through the website opened in your cell phone's browser.
- Order Control: Promote your budgets to the Order status after customer approval and control all stages from payment, through production, shipping, to receipt by the customer and order completion.
- Financial Control with Cash Flow: Manually enter your expenses and amounts received, but also have the system automatically launch when you move your stock or update your order information.
- Planner/Agenda: Use the calendar within the system to organize your day's tasks. Tasks for purchasing raw materials, producing and shipping orders are automatically generated for you as orders come in.
- Customer Registration: Register your customers and record all your personal and contact details. Always have valuable information at hand, such as the customer's birthday and data on orders already made by each one in the past.
- Supplier Registration: Register your suppliers and record all items, whether materials or packaging, sold by each one. You can have the same item sold by multiple suppliers and choose which of those suppliers you purchased each item from by recording entries in your inventory.
- Culinary and Cosmetic Recipes: Create your recipes, with method of preparation, ingredients (integrated into your inventory control) and yield and then derive your products from these recipes.
- Performance Dashboard: Instantly view key information to make decisions and measure the health of your business in dozens of graphs and indicators that reflect all your data in the system in an organized and consolidated way.
- Reports: Generate and print dozens of reports to analyze your business more calmly and in depth.

- Registration of products with photo (limited to 10 active pieces simultaneously, but you can delete and create new ones at will)
