Chatlab is a customer service application that connects you directly to companies that use our platform. Through it, you can chat with the customer service team in a practical way, without depending on other messaging applications.

How it works
It's simple: the company sends you an invitation link. By tapping the link, Chatlab opens directly to the conversation with that company, without the need to create an account or password.
With Chatlab you can:
• Send and receive messages
• Share photos, videos, and documents
• Send voice messages
• Receive notifications when there are new replies
• View your conversation history
• Maintain direct contact with the companies that serve you
Privacy and security
Your conversations are used for communication between you and the company responsible for your service. Chatlab does not display ads.

How to access
Access to a conversation is done through the invitation sent by the company. If you haven't received your link yet, contact the company you want to access and request the invitation.
