About this app

To further facilitate the relationship between EDSERJ users and the Condominium, the CEDSERJ mobile app was created, providing users with the following services (with their respective service status):

- Vehicle registration and deregistration;
- Duplicate badge;
- Lockers in the locker rooms;
- Other services, such as cleaning, lighting, air conditioning, and general maintenance.

Furthermore, it will be possible to track, through simple queries in the app, access appointments (entries and exits to the building), the occupancy of the garage and cafeterias, as well as access important condominium announcements and register compliments, complaints, or suggestions.

The main regulations of interest to building users are also accessible, such as the Bylaws, Escape Plan, Works and Services Manual, among others.
All of this makes it easier to access information and request services!
