In the app, clients can search for professionals by service type, view profiles, check important information, send requests, chat, and track their order history all in one place.
Professionals can create their profile, list the services they offer, define their service area, receive requests, organize orders, chat with clients, and build a reputation through reviews.
Chama was designed to make hiring simpler, clearer, and safer, avoiding missed connections in casual conversations and facilitating contact between those who need help and those who want to work.
We are currently in the testing and continuous improvement phase. At this stage, the app is being adjusted based on real-world usage, feedback from early users, and the evolution of its features. Some screens and features may change as we continue to improve the experience.
