About this app

Chavi Work is the access and booking app for those who use coworking spaces and shared offices served by Chavi. It brings together, in one place, the digital key for the doors you are authorized to open and the schedule of rooms you can reserve — no key fob, no card, and no need to go to reception.

OPEN THE DOOR WITH YOUR CELL PHONE
Your digital keys are located in the Keys tab. When you approach a Chavi lock, simply open the corresponding key and activate it: the app communicates directly with the lock via Bluetooth, without depending on internet access at the location. When the lock is connected to the space's Wi-Fi network, the activation can also be sent via the internet. You can require Face ID, Touch ID, or the device password to confirm each opening.

BOOK MEETING ROOMS
Check the available rooms in your space, see photos, capacity, and features of each one, choose the day and time, and confirm the reservation in a few taps. The app shows the times already occupied and, when your plan works with hourly credits, displays the available balance before confirming. In My Reservations, you can track bookings, view details, and activate the room lock at the reserved time.

SHARE ACCESS
Need to receive a client, a visitor, or free up the room for a colleague? Share the digital key directly from the app, choosing between single-use access, for a specific period, or permanent access. The guest is automatically notified and can then open the door from their own cell phone. You can track who has access to each door and revoke any sharing at any time.

NOTIFICATIONS AND INVITATIONS
Receive booking notifications, access invitations, and announcements from your space. Received invitations can be accepted or declined within the app itself.

FOR SPACE MANAGERS
Those who manage the coworking space have additional resources: register and edit rooms (with photo, capacity, and resources), register new locks, install and configure equipment via Bluetooth or the local Wi-Fi network, calibrate activation, and manage who has access to each door.

SIMPLE AND SECURE ACCESS
Login is done with your phone number and a verification code sent by message — there's no password to memorize or forget. Each opening is registered and linked to your user, and permissions always respect the rules defined by the space.

PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP
• Bluetooth: essential to activate the lock when you are near it.

• Location: used by the system to allow the search for locks via Bluetooth and to identify when you are near a registered door.

• Local network: to configure the lock and activate it when it is on the same Wi-Fi.
• Camera and photos: optional, for profile picture, room photos, and QR Code reading.

Use of Chavi Work depends on prior registration and permissions granted by the space where you work.
