SIAG Mobile: Integrated Sales Force Automation
SIAG Mobile is the external sales module natively developed for integration with the SIAG ERP (Administration and Management System).
Developed by Clipeus Tecnologia, this application offers agility and autonomy for external sales representatives, allowing them to issue orders, consult catalogs, and manage their client portfolio directly from their smartphone or tablet, even in areas without internet access.
MAIN FEATURES:
▪ Offline Operation: Register orders, consult products, and check prices without needing an internet connection. Data is stored on the device and synchronized later.
▪ Product Catalog: Complete view with prices, stock, and other registration data.
▪ Order Management: Quick issuance of sales orders with automatic calculation of commercial rules configured in the ERP.
▪ Route and Geolocation: Use GPS to view the location of clients on the map and plan efficient visit routes.
▪ Customer History: Quick access to the financial and purchase history of your customer portfolio.
▪ Batch Synchronization: Secure data transmission to the company server, ensuring the integration of orders for invoicing and logistics.
IMPORTANT - USAGE REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Licensing: Effective use of this application with real data requires an active SIAG ERP license and the Mobile module contracted with Clipeus Tecnologia Ltda.
▪ Configuration: Synchronization with your company's server depends on credentials and parameters provided by your company's IT department or management.
DEMO MODE: If you are not a client or do not yet have your access credentials, the application can be installed and accessed in "Demo Mode". In this version, you will navigate through all screens using fictitious data to test usability and learn about the tool's features.
