*******IMPORTANT*******: Before installing the application on your cell phone, make sure it has already been purchased by your condominium administration. Without this requirement, it is not possible to install and use the system!

The App Group COM offers easy and practical solutions for interaction between residents/associates, property managers and administrators.

With the app, you can stay informed about your condominium or association from anywhere!

Check out the available features:

View open charges for your unit and obtain a second copy of invoices (with automatic recalculation of fines and interest);
Make reservations and check the availability of common spaces/services;
Access condominium news;
Access condominium/association documents (such as meeting minutes, conventions or accountability documents).
Communicate with the property manager and administrators through self-service;
Create a relationship network through classifieds, lost and found, carpooling groups (easy carpooling);


Then download and activate your access account. This activation can be carried out in two ways: through an invitation sent by email by your condominium administration or through the application itself (simply click on the “Register” option, using the identifier number described on your bill).

The app crashes when I try to send a message in Customer Service. In reservations, there is no way to change a reservation or see what days and times are already reserved by others. So all that can be done is to cancel a previous reservation and pray that a new one is approved.

Ao realizar uma reserva, serão exibidos apenas os horários disponíveis. Ou seja, os horários que não foram exibidos estão reservados e/ou indisponíveis. Stopped working. My account was auto logged off, them I couldn't log again. And it's used for my Apartment billings. I sent like 2 emails and none was replied.
