About this app

CondoPlan360 is an application focused on registering and managing Maintenance Service Orders for condominiums and commercial buildings/facilities. Residents or users can register problems, providing detailed descriptions of corrective maintenance requests and adding photos to facilitate work execution.

In addition to corrective maintenance, the building manager or administrator can register routine maintenance orders, such as cleaning and security contracts, and preventive maintenance orders, creating maintenance plans with user-defined frequencies. This ensures that areas and equipment are reviewed according to the defined schedule, eliminating the need for spreadsheets to control maintenance.

All maintenance service orders can be assigned to suppliers registered in the system, directing responsibility for execution to either an external supplier or condominium employees.

Besides registering and controlling maintenance, the system allows for the management of licenses and permits, facilitating the control of document expiration dates and renewals. This function is recorded in the Technical Library, which also controls and provides users with access to the building's drawings and projects for consultation and equipment maintenance control.
