AppGirolando is an application for mobile devices developed for the Android platform, whose objective is to provide information about the genetic/genomic values ​​of bulls and cows (young and adult) of the Girolando breed for characteristics of economic importance and other information. The results of the genetic/genomic evaluations will be presented interactively, choosing one or more characteristics of interest, ranking the animals according to the characteristic(s) chosen by the user, consulting their genealogy. This application will enable effective and innovative communication channels for the target audience, aiming to improve accessibility to technical information. This APP was developed by Embrapa in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Girolando Breeders (GIROLANDO). Aimed at milk producers, breeder associations, ATER professionals, input suppliers, service providers, agricultural science students.
