The 4th Brazilian Congress on Cereal and Baking Technology (CBCP) will be held from May 21st to 23rd, 2026, at the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ) – Sete Lagoas Campus (MG). The event brings together researchers, students, and professionals in the field to discuss scientific, technological, and innovation advancements in cereals, starch products, and baking. This edition's central theme will be "Climate Change and Food Security: Paths of Cereal and Baking Technology," promoting strategic reflections for the future of the sector.
