Ratings and reviews

I was forced to install this app to redeem my tickets. They don't even let you print it. Now I understand the bad reviews, but they don't seem to care as they are happy with their 20% profit from the ticket full price.

I have GrapheneOS and I couldn't launch the app. I almost missed my show trying to figure it out

I bought a ticket in March and the concert is this Saturday 15 of November but I have no access to my ticket through the App, it doesn't show my eventim pass
