About this app
Fechou is the quick way to call a motorcycle delivery driver or request a motorcycle ride in Brazil. You open the app, choose your destination, see the agreed price before accepting, and track the driver in real time until they arrive.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap "Request a ride" and choose your origin and destination on the map.
2. See the estimated price and route before accepting — no surprises at the end.
3. The app notifies you when a nearby driver accepts the ride.
4. Track their arrival in real time, with name, motorcycle, and license plate.
5. When finished, pay in cash, PIX (Brazilian instant payment system), or using the driver's card machine — the agreement is between you.
6. Rate the driver to help others who come later.
WHY FECHOU
• Clear price before accepting — no "let's see how much it costs at the end".
• Real-time route — you know where the driver is and how far they are left.
• Direct chat — arrange delivery details or meeting point without leaving the app.
• Emergency button — if something goes wrong, a tap opens the support channel.
• Independent and verified motorcycle couriers — driver's license and documents checked before appearing available.
WHO ARE THE MOTORCYCLE COURIERS?
The motorcycle couriers that appear on Fechou are independent professionals, registered individually. Fechou does not employ motorcycle couriers — the platform connects you to a nearby courier, and the ride is arranged between the two of you. Every courier undergoes document verification (driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, photo, and selfie) before appearing available.
WHERE IT WORKS
Available throughout Brazil, in regions where we already have registered motorcycle couriers. As more motorcycle couriers register, coverage grows.
PRIVACY
Your location is used during the ride for the courier to find you — and only at that moment. You can revoke permission at any time in your phone's settings. Full details in our privacy policy.
