About this app

Fitblox is the gym management app built for people who teach: martial arts gyms, crossfit boxes, functional studios, BJJ, muay thai, boxing and beach tennis schools. Attendance, member management, classes and payments in one place, on your phone, no spreadsheets.

ATTENDANCE IN ONE TAP
On class day the session opens in the app and you mark attendance with one tap per student. Confirmed — the class history and the absence radar update on their own. You see who is drifting away before you lose them.

EVERY PAYMENT, TRACKED
Track every membership: who paid and who is late, without opening a chat. Monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual plans, and automatic reminders with clear limits.

MEMBERS AND CLASSES
Set up the class once, with schedule and coach, and the recurring session enters the calendar by itself. Students join by code or invite. Enrollment, contact, plan, contract and attendance history live in each profile.

BELT PROGRESSION
Turn on the belt, rope or level track and students see their own progress on their member card. Ready-made BJJ belt and prajied templates, all names, colors and criteria editable.

GYM RANKING
The attendance you already take becomes points. Class and gym top 10, monthly and yearly leagues, podium closing on the 1st.

SPONSORS
Add the brands that support your gym and choose where their logo shows: on the podium poster and on your gym website.

GYM SOCIAL FEED
Your community board. Training photos, promotion announcements, the week's notice — in the same app where students see their schedule.

GYM WEBSITE AND STORE
Your gym gets a page with its own link — classes, coaches and a trial class form for people who don't train yet. Plus a store to sell tees, gloves, wraps and whatever your gym sells.

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
Parents follow attendance and membership in their own app. Minors only appear by name in rankings after guardian approval.

MORE THAN ONE COACH

You can now create and sell class packs in Fitblox. Set the number of classes, price and validity, sell a pack to a student, and track their remaining classes in their profile.
