Maximus Mobile is the official mobile extension of Maximus ERP, developed by Fontdata to bring the functionalities of the management system directly to the factory floor, warehouse, or store — without the need for a computer.

With Maximus Mobile, operational teams access real-time data and record information directly in Maximus ERP, eliminating rework and increasing inventory accuracy.

MAIN FEATURES

• Stock counting integrated with ERP — record stock collections and automatically synchronize with Maximus ERP via REST API, without double typing.

• Barcode reader — use the device's camera or Zebra collectors (TC210K via DataWedge) for quick and error-free identification.

• ERP product search — locate any item in the Maximus database by code, description, or reference, with real-time filters and sorting.

• Product editing — update product information and images directly through the app,

reflecting in the ERP database immediately.

• Collection history — view, review, or delete previous collections without needing to access
your desktop.

• Simple setup — connect to your company's Maximus ERP by simply providing the
IP address and server port.

• IMEI access control — authentication by user and device, ensuring that
only authorized equipment accesses the system.

REQUIREMENT

Requires Fontdata's Maximus ERP installed and accessible on the company network. This app is
exclusive to Maximus ERP clients.

COMPATIBILITY

Android and iOS. Compatible with Zebra TC210K collectors and other devices that support DataWedge. On iPhones and iPads, it uses the native camera for barcode reading.

SECURITY

• All communication is done directly with your company's Maximus ERP server.

• No data is stored in third-party cloud storage.

• User and device IMEI authentication with daily validation.
