The hControl ERP MOBILE application was developed to bring even more functionality and ease to your company's daily operations.
A fully dynamic and practical app, with an intuitive and easy-to-access menu, allowing you to manage your operations more efficiently and save time for other activities.
It is for the exclusive use of the company and includes the following tools:
Financial:
- Allows access to balances and expenses, right at your fingertips;
- Accounts receivable/payable
- DRF/History with monthly comparisons.
Service Orders:
- All open orders in the hControl ERP APP are received in the form of a calendar;
- You can use your phone's navigation assistant to reach the location (Waze or Google Maps);
- View the client's "Technological Park" (Equipment that the client has on loan from the company);
- View the "contracts" that the client has with the company; - At the end of the service, the technician/service provider can: Obtain the recipient's name; CPF (Brazilian tax identification number); Describe the service solution; Capture a photo of the service and collect a signature on the recipient's cell phone screen.
Sales:
- The user, whether a technician or salesperson, can view quotes and sales formalized on the Mobile app;
- With the client's acknowledgment, you can collect their signature to formalize the transaction;
- The client does not need to be registered in the hControl ERP database; you can pre-register them.
Today, all these MOBILE functionalities can be customized by your company, allowing you to decide which functions are available to each user.
