About this app

The HControl ERP MOBILE application was developed with the aim of bringing even more functionality and ease to your company's day-to-day life.

A completely dynamic and practical APP, with an intuitive and easy-to-access menu, so you can manage your operations more efficiently and save time to carry out other activities.

It is for the exclusive use of the company, and has the following tools:

Financial:

- Enables access to balances and expenses, in the palm of your hand;

- Accounts receivable/payable

- DRF/ Histories with month comparisons.

Order of Service:

- All orders opened in the HControl ERP APP are received in the form of an agenda;

- He can use his cell phone's navigation assistant to get to the location (Waze or Google Maps);

- View the client's "Technology Park" (Equipment that the client has on loan with the company);

- View the "contracts" that the customer has with the company;

- At the end of the service, the technician/service provider can: Get the name of the recipient; CPF; Describe the service solution; Capture a photo of the service and collect a signature on the cell phone screen of the person who received it.

Sales:

- The user, whether technician or salesperson, can view budgets and sales, formalized on Mobile;

- With the customer's knowledge, you can collect the signature to formalize it;

- The customer does not need to be registered in the HControl ERP database, you can pre-register it.
