Friolab — the commercial refrigeration and air conditioning platform.

Friolab connects refrigeration companies and their customers in one place: real-time temperature monitoring, work orders, preventive maintenance (PMOC), and alerts that arrive before damage occurs.

For the refrigeration company (technicians and managers):
• Receive out-of-range temperature alerts on your cell phone, even with the app closed.
• Be notified the moment a service order is assigned to you.
• Execute service orders in the field: equipment photos, customer signature on screen, and visit location.
• Track PMOC expirations and renew compliance without surprises.
• Kanban of service requests, complete history per equipment, inventory, and commissions.

For the end customer (markets, restaurants, pharmacies, industries):
• View the temperature of your cold rooms and equipment in real time.
• Receive alerts on your cell phone if something goes outside the safe range.
• Track your service calls: know when the technician scheduled, arrived, and completed the service.
• Temperature history for audits and health surveillance.

Monitoring that really works:

Friolab uses IoT sensors installed by your refrigeration technician and also integrates with Sitrad and Full Gauge controllers. The data is stored with retention appropriate to Brazilian food and drug standards.
