About this app

FrotaSync puts fleet monitoring in the palm of your hand. Track vehicles in real time, check routes, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions — all directly from your mobile phone, with the same reliability as the FrotaSync web platform your organization already uses.

LIVE MAP
• View the updated position of all vehicles in your fleet on a single interactive map, with color-coded markers indicating status.

• Indicators at the top of the screen show in real time the total fleet, how many are in motion, how many are stopped, and how many have no signal — tap each indicator to filter the map and the list.

• Search for any vehicle by typing the license plate (or part of it) in the search field.

• Choose between Standard and Street map styles according to your visual preference.

VEHICLE DETAILS
• Tap any marker on the map to open the vehicle's dashboard with current speed, ignition status, accumulated odometer, and time of the last signal received by the tracker.

• Open the approximate address of the last position directly in Google Maps with one tap.

ROUTE HISTORY
• Select the period (day, week, or custom interval) and see the complete route traveled by the vehicle drawn on the map.

• Automatically calculated statistics for the period: total distance traveled, maximum and average speed, total driving time, total stopped time, and number of relevant events.

• Navigable timeline to review stops and movements point by point.

PDF AND EXCEL REPORTS
• Generate complete route reports in PDF (ready for printing and archiving) or Excel/CSV (for analysis and spreadsheets).

• Generation happens on the device itself, without depending on the server — works even with an unstable connection.

• Share via WhatsApp, email, or any other sharing app on your phone.

SIMPLE AND SECURE LOGIN
• No password to remember: access is done with your mobile phone number and a code sent via WhatsApp.

• Each session expires automatically for your security.

• Tokens stored with strong encryption on the device (Keystore on Android).

• 100% HTTPS communication.

PRIVACY FIRST
• Location permission is used ONLY to center the map on your position.

• The app does NOT track the user's device in the background.

• Your phone's location is never sent to our servers.

• You can request the deletion of your account at any time, even after uninstalling the app.

WHO IS FROTASYNC FOR?
FrotaSync is intended for employees of companies and public bodies (municipalities, secretariats, autonomous agencies) that already use the FrotaSync platform. An active registration with a mobile phone number authorized by your organization is required — it is not possible to create an account directly in the app.
