Among the app's main features are ticket searches by different criteria, detailed visualization of results, and execution of operational actions related to ticket validation and use. The application also supports registration and facial verification workflows, including image capture and transmission for biometric processes.

To support the teams' routine, FC Gate includes a notification inbox, dynamic QR code reading, OCR reading of ID cards, and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) capture by voice, reducing manual steps and speeding up service.
