Awful, simply awful. I get stuck in the part where it asks my mobile number and then just gets stuck loading or trying to send me a message via WA. This is unnacceptable, we pay one of the highest taxes in the world to be treated like garbage by the government. This only reinforces the idea that taxation is theft, and tax evasion is self-defence. I cannot freaking open an account through the app, and they tell me to go to a nearby Caixa institution, building, whatever to get it sorted out.
