É um ótimo app, uso há varios anos e na maioria das vezes eles respondem rápido, só nessa ultima vez que tentei resgatar que eles não enviaram, mas por algum motivo os pontos surgiram de volta na minha conta. Queria entender o que está acontecendo, mas o suporte não responde os meus e-mails. mandei alguns e-mails perguntando sobre isso mas até agora não responderam. Mesmo com alguns problemas que o app e o suporte contém e com o tempo que eu uso é um app incrível. Talvez seja o fim do ano?

Gastei 150.000 mil pontos e NÃO recebi nenhum código pra resgatar, entrei em contato com suporte no app mas não obtive resposta. [EDIT] Depois de vários dias, hoje consegui contato com o suporte através do email e resolveram, mas achei o suporte bem confuso, pois tem duas abas de solicitação de suporte dentro do app ("entrar em contato" e "central de ajuda") e eles não respondem em nenhuma delas, só no email mesmo, então essas abas meio que não tem utilidade. Se melhorar isso será 5/5 ⭐
